Angel's Chicken Salad 🥗

Let's talk about Angel's Chicken Salad! Heavenly and delicious, this salad is the perfect combination of tender chicken, crunchy veggies, and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

• 1/2 c. bell pepper

• 1/2 c. red pepper

• 1/2 c. tomatoes

• 1/2 c. cucumbers

• 1/4 c. red onion

• 1/3 c. sunflower seeds

• 1/2 c. tomatoes

• 1 c. white cheddar/mild cheddar cheese

• 4 eggs

• Croutons (optional) Salad Dressing Ingredients:

• 1/2 c. mayonnaise

• 1/4 c. sour cream

• 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 2 tsp honey

• 2 tsp Dijon mustard

• Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: In a large bowl or platter start building your salad. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat.
