That’s why we’ve developed clear store policies that outline everything you need to know about how we operate and run our business. These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, ADC does not accept returns. Under certain circumstances, and on a case-by-case basis, ADC. MAY offer a credit or re-order. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within ONE day of when your package was received.

For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product. We will make every effort to make sure that you have an enjoyable ADC experience. You may send us a message at adc@adcsnacks.com.
We cannot refund or be responsible for delayed or undelivered desserts due to incomplete or incorrect information provided to us. Please make sure that you have provided the correct address (apartment #, street #, type of street (Ave., Blvd., St., Rd., etc), and zip code) to avoid this problem.

We cannot refund or be responsible for undelivered desserts or delays in the receipt of your order due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
We cannot refund or be responsible for undelivered desserts due to the absence of a gift recipient.
