Due to the perishable nature of our products, ADC does not accept returns. Under certain circumstances, and on a case-by-case basis, ADC. MAY offer a credit or re-order. If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of when your package was received.

For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product. We will make every effort to make sure that you have enjoyed your ADC experience. You may send us a message to adc@adcsnacks.com.

We cannot refund or be responsible for delayed or undelivered desserts due to incomplete or incorrect information provided to us. Please make sure that you have provided the correct address (apartment #, street #, type of street (Ave., Blvd., St., Rd., etc and zip code) to avoid this problem.
