Vendor Agreement – Flavor & Flow

By registering as a vendor for Flavor & Flow at Open Book on November 8th, 2025, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Refunds

All vendor fees are non-refundable. Space is only guaranteed once full payment has been received.

2. Liability

The host(s), organizers, and venue are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the event. Vendors are responsible for securing their own property, merchandise, and staff.
